Needs From: Miracle Hill Ministries

One way to provide love toward families with children who are in foster care is through a welcome basket. We hope to provide each family with one of these in order to give them items that would be useful for their first few days with their sweet children who are new to their space.

Ideas for contents of the baskets include:

Cleaning supplies (Windex, All-Purpose, Clorox Wipes, etc.) Snack packs  Gift card for Chick fil A, McDonalds, etc.

Unscented trash bags

Paper towels

Toilet paper

Kleenex

Sanitizing wipes

Hand Sanitizer

Gloves

Laundry Detergent (some type of free & clear safe for children with allergies)

These can be complied and dropped off to Miracle Hill's Administrative office at 490 S. Pleasantburg Dr., Greenville, SC 29607

 

 

Miracle Hill's Foster Care Department has a storage closet where items are kept to distribute to families and children within our program. 

We have a need for an individual or small group of people to help once or twice a month (on a monthly basis) in maintaining this area. Sometimes we will need folks more frequently depending on how donation volume. 

Here are some of the specifics:

To be completed Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm or a Saturday by personal arrangement.  This should take 1-3 hours per time. Location: 490 S Pleasantburg Dr., Greenville, SC 

Provide families with the opportunity to take their child, who is in foster care, to have a special day.  Gift cards for the movies, zoo, Children's Museum, or bowling are super helpful!! We would love to be able to get enough gift cards to supply our 250+ licensed families with the opportunity to get out of the house and enjoy a fun day together.   

Denominations of $15-$100 are best. We would love to have gift card donations dropped of to the admin office at 490 S. Pleasantburg Drive, Greenville, SC 29607.
