Summary: Volunteers will separate the legs and wings from the bird.
Specific tasks: Work with team leader to:
- Break legs and wings off of each bird to separate dark and light meat
- Place meat on sheet trays
- Hand off dark meat to separation station volunteers and light meat to carving station volunteers
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs
*The last shift starting will help with clean up as well.
