Summary: Volunteers will carve turkeys, place meat on sheet trays, and hand off to tray station volunteers.
Specific tasks: Work with team leader to:
- Carve white meat off turkeys
- Pull dark meat off leg and wing
- Place meat on sheet trays
- Hand off trays to tray station volunteers
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Have knowledge or experience with carving turkeys
*The last shift will help with clean up as well.
