Summary:  Volunteers will carve turkeys, place meat on sheet trays, and hand off to tray station volunteers. 

Specific tasks: Work with team leader to:

• Carve white meat off turkeys
• Pull dark meat off leg and wing
• Place meat on sheet trays
• Hand off trays to tray station volunteers

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be able to stand for several hours
• Have knowledge or experience with carving turkeys

*The last shift will help with clean up as well.
