We are in need of the following items for women at the Spartanburg Rescue Mission.

 

*washcloths & towels

*bras and underwear (larger sizes)

*Pine Sol cleaning products

*African American hair care products

*Twin XL sheets

Log guests onto the computers Help guests connect to different websites including employment search sites Help with word processing and resume building Enforce Miracle Hill's computer policy

Qualifications and Requirements

Must have computer proficiency  You must be 18-years-old or older Males only

Summary: Gather a team of 5-10 people together and host a monthly birthday party for the ladies and children of Spartanburg Rescue Mission.  The birthday celebration will be held on the 2nd Wednesday evening of the month or on a Saturday (time will be determined when scheduling the event).

Details

Bring refreshments including serving products. Bring a team of 5-10 individuals. Contact our Volunteer Administrator to reserve a slot. Have at least 1 volunteer in the group go through the Miracle Hill Volunteer Application process.

Summary:  This is a space for fellowship, enrichment, relationship building, fun and activities with the men at SRM.  This can include music, creative writing, painting, drawing, games, or other creative activities.

Specific Tasks:

Approve activity with the Volunteer Administrator or Volunteer Coordinator.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and exhibit a consistent, Christ-like testimony to those your life would impact. Male volunteers only.

Summary:  This is a space for fellowship, enrichment, relationship building, fun and activities with the women at SRM.  This can include arts and crafts, painting, games, writing and journaling, music or other creative activities.
