Summary:  Volunteers will assist in setting up the event sight. Volunteers will also work outside to prepare raw turkeys to be fried or smoked.

Specific Tasks:

• Set up: tables, tents, lights, and signs
• Turkey Prep: unwrap turkeys, remove packaging & giblets and rinse turkey.

Qualifications & Skills:  Must be able to stand for several hours and lift up to 15-20 pounds.
