Summary: Volunteers will be stationed at the cooling table in order to get turkeys to a safe temperature to carve
Specific tasks:
- Stand at the cooling table and place hot turkeys on cooling rack
- Monitor table as the turkeys cool to a safe temperature and grease has dripped out of the cavity
- Transport turkeys inside to the carving station
Qualifications & Skills:
- Able to work in a fast paced environment when necessary
- Able to communicate clearly and problem solve
- Able to stand for several hours
- Able to lift 15-20 pounds
