Summary:  Volunteers will be stationed at the cooling table in order to get turkeys to a safe temperature to carve

Specific tasks:

• Stand at the cooling table and place hot turkeys on cooling rack
• Monitor table as the turkeys cool to a safe temperature and grease has dripped out of the cavity
• Transport turkeys inside to the carving station

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Able to work in a fast paced environment when necessary
• Able to communicate clearly and problem solve
• Able to stand for several hours
• Able to lift 15-20 pounds
