Summary:  Volunteers will assist in setting up the day before the event.

Specific Tasks:

• Help carry fryers and propane tanks to setup area and fill them with peanut oil
• Place needed equipment around the fry area
• Set up tents and tables
• Prepare wagons and utility carts with food safe covers

Qualifications & Skills:  Must be able to stand for 4 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
